Primary Filters
Primary filters are air filters mainly used in HVAC systems, as well as industrial processes and clean rooms. They are designed to purify air from particles like dust, dirt, pollen, bacteria and other pollutants. This makes them an essential element for improving air quality, reducing allergens and ensuring HVAC efficiency. They are also used as primary filters in multi-stage air handling units for various applications.
Structure and Mechanism: The panel filter usually consists of a frame made of cardboard, plastic or metal. The filter media is fixed inside it. The filter media varies depending on the type of filter, but it usually consists of a mixture of synthetic fibers, steel wire, fiberglass or carbon. This material has a specific density and structure that allows air flow through it, while trapping particles or impurities in the air.
